Some Responsibilities Support multiple functional areas and its interrelation in the capacity of gathering requirements, performing analysis, supporting the development and testing processes to provide adequate reporting solutions or data models Analyze and provide reporting data solutions on complex business problems to be solved with current BI (Business Intelligence) stack or other resources reports on complex business problems to be solved with automated systems or other resources Analyzes business requirements and documents proposed solutions once approved by the users Functions as a liaison for IT and the business and other cross functional resources and departments. Promotes crossfunctional linked teams to address business reporting issues Use of software to conduct data analysis, reporting and sharing of information to solve problems Ability to utilize multiple tools (spreadsheets; queries) to review, organize and edit data, including ability to use large data sets, filters to find specific data in a large list and calculation tools Build & support reporting solutions to the different functions per their requirements and our data availability Exhibits resourcefulness ensuring deadlines and quality parameters are met, removing obstacles as necessary while raisin problems or issues along with possible solutions to keep projects on track Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge Requirements B.S. Computer Science/MIS or related engineering discipline required 4+ years related experience with data warehouse/SQL frontend tools 4+ years experience and strong background with MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Reporting (SSRS); TSQL for writing stored procedures. SQL 2018 R2 or later Proficiency in SQL procedures and ETL process, SQL database, Oracle Database Proven ability to understand business processes, define problems, collect data and develop reasonable improvement suggestions involving technology. Solid problem solving skills required Knowledge of manufacturing protocols, statistical tools and methodology, and continuous improvement techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects, providing solutions when faced with unexpected obstacles
