Support Window 8x5 Education Any Graduate Preferred Certifications MCSA,MCSE,RHCE.Oracle,SQL certifications OS Windows Servers Unix Servers (AIX, RHEL, and SUSE) SQL Server Databases Oracle Databases Tools Shell scripting/Python/SQL Oracle & SQL Any IDAM tool (Operational) Skills Technical expertise in IDAM & Privileged Access Management tools Very good knowledge of one/more OS platforms Windows, Active Directory, UNIX and DBMS Good knowledge on access and permissioning Strong familiarity with Relational Database (RDMS) systems Strong technical background with fundamental experience with technologies within area of responsibility (AD, UNIX, Database) Strong troubleshooting experience with technologies Good understanding and working experience on LDAP Experience with authentication products and ticketing systems Document the operational aspects of remediation process; standardize the process and help migrate to the appropriate teams Document the operational aspects of the remediation process and security administration Programming/scripting capability (Shell scripting/Python/SQL) Roles & Responsibilities Manage and maintain ongoing discovery and inventory of user accounts Coordinate analysis of discovered user accounts for risk, ownership and access appropriateness Implement access entitlement configurations (permissions ) on approved application & servers Create/update scripts and run them to implement approved entitlements on each resource Prepare the target systems for rollback before starting the implementation Troubleshoot/modify scripts for any issues or amendments Work with IDM team to assign roles and resources Coordinate User acceptance testing and troubleshoot any access issues Exception document need to be updated Remove old directory groups on servers after validation & approval from relevant stakeholder Other Qualifications Good communication skills Analytical skills Work against tightly targeted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for initial response and update frequency Strong organizational skills Strong work ethic Optional Experience on NetIQ & CyberArc IDAM tool Audit and compliance knowledge
