Job Description v Experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domainv Handon experience in Load Runner is a MUST. Experience with other tools like Jmeter, VSTS, SOASTA etc. is a plus v Strong Experience in creating performance test strategy, design, planning, workload modelling, and elicitation of nonfunctional requirements for testingv Have handson experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)v Good experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendationsv Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoringv Handson experience in using monitoring tools like Site scope, Introscope, Wily etc.v Experience of using Service Virtualization tools like CA LISA, HP Service Virtualization etc. will be added advantagev Prior Customer Facing Experience is a mustv Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach for testing and improving application's performancev Good Communication and interpersonal skills are required v Good to have v Airlines / ecommerce performance testing experience is a plus
