SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Experience working effectively in a project team environment(8years) Experience serving as a developer/analyst for highly complex client/server applications (3years) Experience developing program specifications and test plans (3years) Experience programming in J2E (3years) Experience programming with JSPs (2years) Experience with J2E / Maxenso environment with a DB2 backend (2years) Experience building UI screens (1years) Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills (strong) PREFERENCES Bachelors or Masters degree, including minimum of 12 hours in management science, computer science, information systems, and/or data processing Within the last 3 years, experience using XML (1year) Within the last 3 years, experience with Linux and scripting (1year) Within the last 3 years, experience with Eclipse developer tool (1year) Within the last 3 years, experience with the RTS application (1year)
