Technical Skills Required 1) Experience in Tibco BW2) Proficient in Tibco Business Works (BW), Tibco BE, EMS and Tibco Admin related work3) Good technical and analytical skillsJob Description 1) Maintenance and production support for TARVIS application in Allstate ESS area. Need to provide rapid response to issues experience by Tarvis customers.2) Participation in root cause analysis post response call/incident tickets.3) Must have excellent communication skills and selfmotivated.4) Collaborate effectively with other teams.5) Will be good to have knowledge of insurance domain.
