Description
Primarily responsible for timely execution of project milestones with the desired level of quality. Previous experience in Agile Project Management is a must. Clears daily impediments/dependencies of team member to ensure utilization of technical resources, Should have played role of Scrum Master. Raise risk associates with any dependency & delivery Manage and track the individual development & delivery of the team members Allocate & track the logistic and other resources assigned to team members Communication of failures, downtimes, issue resolution as applicable Initiation of reviews and continuous improvement activities Quality Control error detection due to misplaced or lost verifications Ensures backup, code reviews, best practices, version controls are maintained and in place Escalates any risk, gap, resource unavailability for timely action by concerned stakeholders
