Description
Function and Technical ownership on SalesForce or any other Enterprise Front end solutions for Corp and DBS organizations. Look for ways to improve the business performance, reduce cost with innovative IT solutions. Full life cycle delivery and Support responsibility.Establish and maintain close relationship with external providers (SalesForce teams) and operating companies already using SalesForce and drive towards more adaption, better integrated solutions that bring direct business benefits , better support structure (through shared resources). Execute Get Healthy initiatives to improve salesforce platform usage and effectiveness.Standardize and create portfolio of IT solutions choices on SalesForce, CMR and any other applicable Front end apps for Dover Operating companies to tap inStrategize and define Center Of Excellence group for the supported platform, covering governance, project support , internal training and reusable objects, DevOps models , working closely with our Dover India IT Shared Services organization to form one voice, one ITAct as SME and work on design with Dover Operating companies for their business cases, demo and POC , starter project delivery as needed.Future direction , upgrade, addition on supported platforms. Stay up to date with technology changes and application techniques, help evaluate future tool/ platform selection, evaluationHire and/or offshore partner team oversight and relationship management for the assigned platforms.Act as technical advisor to DBS IT leadership and prepare Quarterly/Yearly reports as requestedBe Proactive Recommends technologies and solutions that drive business value through reduced administration expense, increased revenue, and enhanced customer engagement.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely fashion.
