Description
Responsibilities Develop software on the Company's strategic initiativesSystems are developed and deployed in a mixed Windows 7 /10 environment. Current applications are developed in C#, .NET 4.0, TSQL for MS SQL Server with newer web apps using XAMLIn addition new Web and Mobile device applications are developed using some combination of WCF, XAML, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Develop and maintain new applications and systems to provide enhanced functional capabilities to end users through accurate, timely and effective design, coding, implementation, and end user documentation. Design and development is done with a strong focus on quality at all levels.Work effectively in crossfunctional/cross departmental teamsQualificationsBS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in designing, modifying, writing and implementing software programming applications.Strong communication skills with the ability work effectively on teamsAbility to work comfortably in a fast paced and agile development environment and be highly adaptive and flexiblePrevious experience with Continuous Integration and/or Automated Testing highly preferredExperience with Unit Testing or Testing Standards (preferred)Proficient with all of the following technologies Windows Microsoft Visual Studio.NET framework C#JavaScriptTSQL (Transact SQL) & SQL Server Management StudioPreferred SkillsFinancial service industry experienceSSISWCFHTML5AngularJSExperience with the following tools a plusXAMLWinFormsMS Team Foundation ServerRelease ManagerOracle PLSQL (Procedure Language SQL)
