POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshooting production issues in HCM and with our vendor interfaces. Documenting requirements for new development work. Performing unit testing and assisting HR Operations with their Quality Assurance testing. Performing configuration in HCM and minor ABAP development. REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES Education Requirement(s) H.S. diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience with SAPs Human Capital Management (HCM) module Skill & Competency Requirements Working technical knowledge of SAPs HCM module, including configuration experience. Gathering requirements and writing technical specifications. Preferences ABAP development US Compensation & Benefit knowledge
