Responsibilities Coordinating enterprise and executive stakeholdersOwn and drive several functional areas or product linesWrite product requirement documents and feature specificationsKeep track of competitors offeringsWork closely with engineering throughout the development cycleDevelop and maintain the vision and product roadmap for your area of responsibilityEngage with customers to collect product feedbackPartner with product marketing on messaging and positioningAssist sales with customers and prospectsClearly communicate vision and goals of existing and new productsLead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of productsManage crossfunctional teams in business, product, design, and engineeringDemonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholdersDevelop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancementsCollaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and wellrounded understanding of products and developing needsMaintain indepth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offeringsCreate High Level Business Requirements, Status Reports and Communications to customers and internal stake holdersGuide external client advisory panels and sessions as needed. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple projects and products to bring a uniform customer experience vision to reality. We have a large portfolio of existing products, and an ever growing pipeline of new offerings. The ideal candidate will have in depth experience building portals and managing cross enterprise standards and initiatives. This individual will align individual roadmaps across the company work with technology teams to build standards, establish governance and help drive innovation across the enterprise.
