Business Analyst

Description

Under general direction with minimal oversight, delineate requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains (within Sabre and between Sabre and its customer) on high profile and/or mission critical efforts and projects. Plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions. Create process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate reengineering of solutions. Develops complex service models and prototypes, creates and implements customer feedback mechanisms, uses knowledge of human factors engineering principles. Create Business Plans/supports (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers. Provide functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Provide consultation to users in detailed functionalities of automated systems. Serve in an expert consultant role in SDLC (Agile and TDD). May lead crossfunctional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Advanced knowledge of systems flows, engineering documentation, tools and architecture concepts required. Support Development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, EPR issues, training on new products and all delivery planning aspects for deployment of a service or product, as assigned.
