Description
Responsibilities Production Support, including analysis of online data and PeopleSoft records and Order Management configuration Development of functional design specifications (KCRS) and coordinating development and testing between Process Owners and technical resources. Assist the business in the development of test plans and test cases, and support them in their execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Design, coordination and promotion of relevant batch jobs and scheduling. Provide oneonone support to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as required. Conduct Training and development/improvement of Training Materials. Development of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as maintenance of existing ones. Production Change Management proposing the most costeffective way to address issues, searching for noncustomized ways (some system, many process) to address issues. Also includes prioritization of KCR requests. Participate in internal and external audits and own the remediation to deliver it on timely to comply with SOX/GXP standards. Will need to participate global ERP implementation potentiallyQualifications 710 years Strong functional knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 8.4 or higher. Knowledge in other ERP systems, such as, SAP is a plus Exemplified knowledge in understanding of business requirements, processes and implementation approaches related to PeopleSoft Proven experience in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, documenting design, test planning and execution, training strategy, and planning. Minimum 5 years Pharmaceutical industry experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven problem solving and decisionmaking skills for complex problems Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment with general direction Selfstarter; ability to drive changes to promote functional productivity and efficiency. Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and attention to detail Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment Willing to learn new technology as required Skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
