Job Description Define, collect, monitor and report on AA&P metrics. Prepare meeting materials for various AA&P and business partner status meetings. Coordinate onboarding and extension paperwork for team contractors. Create and maintain Getting Started guide. Compile and maintain nonfunctional requirements checklist. Conduct periodic compliance checks for adherence to policy and standards. Coordinate weekly AA&P team meeting. Monitor work requests and projects. Work with various project managers in AA&P to provide initial work request estimates. Provide consolidated project roadmap and status reporting to all level of management in various formats. Monitor and report on industry and competitor services and technologies. Other duties as assigned. Proven experience as a Program Manager Superb attention to detail Outstanding written and oral communications Strong PowerPoint and Visio skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Daptiv, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage Outstanding leadership and organizational skills Good project management and knowledge of associated tools Familiarity with technology functional areas (information security, infrastructure, applications, etc.) Minimum three years of experience in project/program management Experience in financial services is preferred (record keeping, fund complex, RIA, wealth management or broker dealer)
