Responsibilities Primarily responsibility network operations, function as Tier1 & 2Participate in projects as Network Engineering role includes Implementation, test/validation, and maintain networking services per solution designMonitor and report metrics of network servicesDocument network operations RunBookMust be able to work occasional weekends and after hoursMust be able to travel occasionallyMust be able to work around construction environment and transport/lift network equipmentParticipate on call rotationQualifications 5+ years of midsize enterprise networking experiencesExperience level knowledge of IP networking, L2/L3 network protocols (spanning tree, OSPF), LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, QOS, VLAN, ACL, SNMP, syslog, VPN, application data flowExperience with Juniper EX and SRX platform, Palo Alto Networks firewall, and Aruba wireless. Experience with structural cabling infrastructureExperience with troubleshooting wireless connection issues related wireless coverage, clients, and RF environmentalBeginning to intermediate level experience with automation tools and scriptingProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Solarwinds IPAM & NPM, Opengear OOB management, Splunk (syslog), Aruba Airwave, Netscout wired/wireless tools, Wireshark
