What do you need to succeedBachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent5+ years software development experience5+ Years Salesforce.com development experience (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) Platform Dev II preferred.Experience leading and guiding small teams of developers.Strong experience with APEX Framework development and Visualforce.Experience using Salesforce.comrelated tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Eclipse Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, DemandTools)Experience with Agile development practicesStrong understanding of relational databases and has developed a competency around Oracle and/or MS SQL ServerLargescale Salesforce Implementation experiencePreferred QualificationsSalesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent experienceSalesforce Certified Platform App Builder or equivalent experienceMobile solution developmentExperience with the Lightning Component Framework and Lightning Design SystemStrong knowledge in SOQL, SOSL, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, Java or C++, SOAP/REST based web services, HerokuExperience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQOracle Middleware experienceUnderstanding of UI design principles and best practices Experience with ETL/Data Load technologies
