Responsibilities include Prioritysetting and tracking of projects; enabling communication and cohesion across a multisite team and other managers Meeting with crossfunctional teams and customers in support of driving initiatives and managing projects through to completionAchieve measurable improvements in the organizations capabilities and effectiveness to perform against expanding workloads and demands for servicesEstablish (define and implement) a framework of repeatable, scalable processes that support a dynamic, centralized IT infrastructure Serve as the IT subject matter expert for the enterpriseDrive and set the technical architecture visionBe both a highly technical, handson coder and effective people managerWork and partner with offshore teams and service providerMinimum QualificationBS in Computer Science or related discipline. MS Preferred.Demonstrated understanding of the following IT domains/controls security administration, technology change management, data management, business continuity and disaster recovery, operations and problem management, and asset management7+ years of software engineering experience, including handson technical management5+ years coding in one or more of the following languages C, C++, Java, NodeJS, C#, Angular2, and/or Python3+ years of experience with web technologiesAt least 2+ years with multiple of the following areas Managing SaaS, providing mature and scalable IT services, managing Enterprise Systems and infrastructureAmazon AWS, and/or Microsoft AzureDocker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, ELKBlazemeter, JMeter, SoapUI, or similar toolsQA planning, methodologies, executionDevOpsLinux, Windows administration, and scripting languages Linux Bash scripts, Windows Batch files, Powershellsinternetwork experience routing, switching, reverse proxy, load balancers, firewalls, tunnelingAgile delivery/development organizationsExperience with Open Source engagements and participation would be a strong plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solver and highly resourcefulStrong experience working with offshore partnersStrong record of being able to deliver new applications as well as sustaining multiple parallel SDLCs for existing software systemsStrategic influence
