About the OpportunityPart of a team of technical, professional, staff that provide support for an on premise installation of Fiserv PEP+ software. Responsible for supporting multiple lines of business using PEP+ from both a technical and business functionality perspective.Security, availability, and growth planning are the key areas of responsibility. Maintains close working relationships with business, IT management, and key stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction with PEP+ operations and services.ResponsibilitiesProvide the daytoday operational support for PEP+.Work with peers, key stakeholders and managed service providers to ensure contractual service level agreements and objectives are met or exceeded for all PEP+ related services.Responsible for the daily operations, performance, and availability of the PEP+ resources.Analyzes recommends upgrades/changes; assesses organization's current and future needs.Responsible for supporting the ongoing service delivery for PEP+ ensuring industry leading quality in availability and operational maturity.Required Technical Skills Extensive PEP+ experience.Extensive knowledge of ACH payment processes.Extensive knowledge of NACHA rules.Strong experience with Mainframe support and operations.Extensive experience developing with COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, JCL & Mainframe UtilitiesKnowledge of RACF, Endeavor, CA7/CA11DR operations experience including simulated exercisesExperience preparing Technical Specification and QA/UAT documentation as well as performing QA and UAT testing.QualificationsBachelors degree Computer Science or equivalent experience510+ years experience with and in direct support of PEP+.Previous experience working with multiple outsourced IT service providers.Strong experience working in a mainframe environment.Familiar with PCI, SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or experience with other security and compliance related regulations.Proven track record of managing complex technical projects.Certifications preferred but not required.Previous experience with 24 X 7 support.
