Description
Capabilities Required. Strong analytical skills. Expert in Excel and reporting tools (SAP BW and Qlikview). Dealing with Ambiguity with ability to work within a loosely defined set of processes and procedures. Strong communication skills, particularly knowing when to escalate issues. Light Project Management expertiseResponsibilities. Ensures the right tools (reports, extracts) are used to extract data from legacy systems (includes Indirect data from IVR). Executes the restatement of promotions and KPIs from legacy to new structure in to Excel loader. Works directly with Accenture to perform regular/daily reconciliations during migration. Works directly with legacy support teams (IT and Sales Infrastructure) to coordinate all shutdown activities including enddating of promosSkill Highlights
