Description Work with project team to upgrade, integrate and support contact center technology elements. Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product. 710 years of experience Specifically, we're looking for a Genesyscertified individual to help us with the following efforts 8.1 to 8.5 upgrade Upgrade TDM environment in place Create SIP Reference Architecture Implement omnichannel elements GAX Installation Installation of 508 Compliance elements SCI Upgrade Production Tier 4 Support JOB TITLE Genesys Integration Engineer JOB DUTIES Work under Engineering Teams Leadership to complete tasks associated with efforts above MUST HAVE SKILLS Genesys certification of equivalent experience Understanding of SIP and TDM technologies Familiarity with a DevOps model with experience in automated build and deploy as well as automated testing tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Genesys training and certification Genesys Product Suite v8.x Framework; IRD and Composer Routing; Administrator WFM; CCPulse; CCA/ICON; InfoMart with a focus on SIP environments Well rounded with experience in multiple contact center technologies including CTI, SIP and Genesys SIP Server, Call Routing and Historical Reporting, Genesys Workspace, Call Recording, VoIP technology, and CRM and IVR solutions
