Primary Responsibilities Meet customer and program objectives by developing and leading project execution functions including planning, tracking, reporting, reviews, quality management and communications, risks, and issues within the construct of the Agile Program Working with limited direction from the Agile Program Ensure the team abides by the SCRUM rules and guidelines Hold Daily SCRUM meetings to enable team to synchronize work and communicate issues and roadblocks to the Product Owner Empower the Scrum Team, maintain focus and shield the team from outside influences and distractions Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the Product Backlog Organize Sprint Planning meetings, which include reviewing the Product Backlog and collaborating with the Product Owner and the Core Team to identify user stories to be included in the next Sprint Conduct Sprint Review Meetings to review the scope and functionality delivered in previous Sprint Organize Sprint Retrospectives with the Scrum Team to improve process & techniques continuously Encourage the timely completion of tasks in a costeffective manner and ensure top quality results Anticipate issues and act proactively to address potential issues Gathering and updating project materials, completing budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents Manage cross functional/cross team interdependencies Improve processes to optimize performance and value over time Provide risk management and issue / problem resolution as required Work with a sense of urgency and ability to use considerable judgment to determine solutions, necessary escalations and to seek guidance on complex problems Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and lead by example Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience running Scrum teams 3+ years of IT Project Management experience and/or Agile experience Certified Scrum Master Experience with Rally or similar tools Experience working with offshore scrum teams Experience in Project Increment planning, managing scrum teams and conducting demos Experience working with dynamic, highly collaborative teams, requiring close consultation and coordination. Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)Preferred Qualifications Experience developing dashboards and reporting from Rally Exposure to healthcare industry Business Analysis project management Budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis Data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements Experience working with test plans and test cases Experience with infrastructure design and build Understanding of distributed technologies & architecture
