This BA will need experience in ServiceNow. Retail and eCommerce experience is must to haveLocals are best as this role will require one phone interview and one face to face interview. BA 35 years experience is enough. Required Skills and Experience Bachelors degree with IT, business, computer science or technical focus preferred.3+ years of Business Analyst experience is required Management/Product Information Management or Enterprise Support Management Proficient in MS Office, including Word and ExcelExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in team environment Able to communicate with technical and nontechnical people. Experience in Visio or other process flow tool
