REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS1. Bachelors degree required.2. At least 13 years of experience in a data analyst or relevant role.3. Ability to identify useful information in data sets and suggest conclusions that support decision making.4. Strong analytical capabilities.5. Expert with Microsoft Excel and various business intelligence and analytical tools.6. Understanding of data gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling/diagramming techniques.7. Communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience.8. Excellent leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.9. Keen attention to detail.10. Willingness to make decisions and solve problems.
