What We Have For You Manage incoming tickets and product feature development requests while ensuring efficient communication on technical topics to both technical and nontechnical teams.Become an expert user of our technical systems, and teach others to use them effectivelyClarify and probe deeper on project and requirement questions to find their true originCreate engineering task tickets which are lucid and succinctAdhere strictly to agile methodologiesRoute tickets to the appropriate teamIdentify success and acceptance criteria for tasksCommunicate ticket status effectivelyCreate and run reports on a variety of KPIs to measure progress and successWhat You Have Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience4+ years experience as a Technically oriented Project Manager in a fast paced technology companyProven experience with JIRA, or an equivalent issue tracking softwareExperience communicating technical issues to a nontechnical audienceProven familiarity using the Structured Query Language (SQL)
