Job Description Request is for a project administrator with strong financial experience, MS Office and administrative experience to assist PMs and Program Manager. Need for PA to focus on program increasing due to all streams having overlapping start dates and phases. Candidate should have experience working with multiple PMs or stakeholders, be adept at pulling together reports and presentation materials and be competent in taking detailed meeting minutes. Previous experience with Plainview preferred but not required. Activities include Maintain and update project plan Take direction and document follow up activities Schedule meetings and working sessions. Manage Risk and Issue Log Distribute status reports, manage feedback and consolidate updates Help project managers/program manager in daytoday tasks
