DescriptionThe Solution Consultant is responsible for supporting & implementing workforce solutions using Kronos. As the Solution Consultant, you will maintain the application and utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. You will also work in a team environment to implement and support Kronos application used at various global locations. Strong in the following areas Kronos 8.0 version on a cloud platformExperience with Kronos 6.4 version is beneficialPerform business rule analysis, both union and nonunion.Configure software applications.Understand and configure integration.Configuring Intouch clocks.Analyze enhanced requirements and creating process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications.Consult with customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and proceduresTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education & Experience Minimum of 5 Years experience in the support/implementation of Kronos (6.3, 6.4, 7) solution.Experience utilizing PC application software (MS Office)Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge & ExperienceAutomotive industry experience
