Description

Candidate Qualifications  10 +years of relevant experience in Citrix, Netscaler and VDI technology suite Provide moderate technical support for all aspects of physical/virtual infrastructureand critical systems at the facility level. Maintain assigned systems by continuallyreviewing assigned infrastructure to make recommendations and assist in hardwarereplacement and upgrades Assist or Lead troubleshooting all end user problems related to assignedInfrastructure platforms. Collaborate on incident tracking and reporting with crossfunctional teams to improve customer experience Provide periodic software updates based on system performance and trends.Researching and updating all devices for needed software, to correct issues, addneeded features or patch for security vulnerabilities Follow or Lead Quality Management processes to ensure all systems are incompliance and appropriate documentation in place as specified by establishedquality management guidelines. Follow approved procedures and changemanagement processes as defined in the quality management system, providedirection to others as needed Perform technical writing of policies, procedures and configuration of systems byauthoring, updating and maintaining all related documentation. Good understanding on project and program management Strong communication and technical skills, prior experience of leading teams andworking on a highly process driven environment Provide moderate configurations following approved procedures to maintain currentsecurity practices on all assigned systems. Promptly inform B.T. Management andB.T. QMD of any known breaches or issues Provide fundamental configuration, management and monitoring support forsystems. Monitoring of log files of assigned systems to identify reported anomaliesand important system data utilizing any tools necessary. Provide offhours support as it relates to BT functional area. Guide in troubleshootingall end user problems related to systemsRole & Responsibilities  Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systemsstatus and downtime procedures, and is typically located within a call center. Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or applicationdevelopment in order to restore service and/or identify problems. Manages Citrix servers, utilities, monitors the relationships between the Citrix usersand applications, and maintains the organization's Citrix across multiple LOBs andcomputing environments. Maintains Citrix support tools, recovery and backup procedures Completing required Technical, functional, regulatory and compliance trainings Identifying and reporting operations activity to the CSL Management Required Skills & Experience  4+ years of related experience working complex Citrix systems with integratedenterprise systems Ensuring system integrity and availability Performance management, tuning, tracking Capacity planning and reporting Citrix management, monitoring and maintenance Citrix licensing and security Citrix health, integrity and space.
