SAP Basis Administrator

ob Description This position will be a key member of American Water's SAP Center of Excellence within the Technology and Innovation business unit. The SAP Basis Administrator will be responsible for completing system builds, upgrades, and enhancements for the SAP environment. This position will also be the primary administrator for the SAP Solution Manager environment ensuring that Solution Manager is configured to operate effectively. Requirements Ability to work flexible hours as needed for critical project activities as well as participate in an afterhours oncall rotation. Expert knowledge of Solution Manager ChaRM and OCC configuration and administration with 7.2 highly desired Strong understanding of SAP ALM and Operations methodologies in an environment using SAP Solution Manager with ChaRM and Operation Control Center Proficient with application administration and troubleshooting in a Red Hat Linux and Windows environment Knowledge of ITIL standards as well as Sox compliance requirements 7+ years of experience supporting a wide variety of SAP applications and technology components such as SAP CRM, ECC, BW, SRM, GRC, BusinessObjects, NetWeaver Portal, Process Orchestration, Gateway/Fiori, LVM, Web Dispatcher, and HANA Experience supporting a wide variety of SAP applications and technology components such as SAP CRM, ECC, BW, SRM, GRC, BusinessObjects, NetWeaver Portal, Process Orchestration, Gateway/Fiori, LVM, Web Dispatcher, and HANA
