Essential Functions and Responsibilities Establish strong working relationships within clients, partners and stakeholdersEnsure seamless delivery and execution of services on assigned business to support client architectures and solutionsCollect, organize and analyze data from a variety of sources to identify areas for improvement Simplify and visualize results in Tableau for mass consumption by specified audiencesProvide key insights, making recommendations to drive decision making and lead to better business decisionsApply advanced data analytics to further our collective understanding of customers and operations, and solving a variety of challenges to get to that insight. Create and maintain Tableau dashboards for assigned clients Ability to migrate to new data tables, rebuilding/establishing joins and fields required and maintenance of Tableau dashboards Perform analysis, and effectively present metrics and insights to key stakeholders Partner with program stakeholders to coordinate priorities and schedules related to the above Participate in all client, team and stakeholder meetings as needed to set expectations and encourage collaboration Required Experience, Skills and Education Education Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, marketing, business administration, or computer science Experience/Knowledge/Skills Minimum three (3) to five (5) years experience in data analysis, statistics, and data modeling Expert level in Tableau requiredExperience working with SQLor Python as well as Hadoop Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferredExperience with business intelligence, database mining, and statistical analysis toolsGood spreadsheet skills with proven experience managing large data sets and performing analysisCreative presentation skills for packaging analytics in a simple and actionable wayGood communication skills to share analyses with teams and leadershipHightech B2B experience a plus
