Business Analyst

Description

Duties & Responsibilities Define, implement and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements.Use analytical tools such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma to analyze and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current/proposed business processes.Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs.Collaborate on business requirements for systems enhancements or new systems being developed for Tucson Operations.Regularly meet with VP, Consumer Sales and Operations, Sales, Service and Laboratory Operations leaders to present insight and key learnings that are identified by process analysis and data mining.Build and evaluate financial models for cost estimation, cash flow and cost reduction.Assist with the operations forecasting and development of cost of sales and annual operating plans.Assist with finance and accounts payable issues management.Work with Tucson Operations teams to support ongoing standardized data analysis needs.Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on KPIs
