CBR was running Siebel for CRM and AMAG is now moving that to Salesforce Sales Cloud. AMAG is hoping to leverage best practices and conform to a low code clicksovercode declarative approach with minimal customizations.We will be providing a team of one Lead Developer in San Francisco and 3 offshore Developers in India.Job Responsibilities Salesforce Sales Cloud Configuration leveraging Process Builder, Visual Workflows and other Salesforce tools Lightning,Apex and VisualForce development Assure that specifications are complete Partner with AMAG Solution Architect to solution Daily oversight and direction of 3 offshore resources including assuring that the offshore team understands the specs Perform code reviews to confirm that code meets reqs, coding standards and documentation standards Job Requirements 5+ years Salesforce Development, Configuration and Administration experience; 7+ years IT experience stateside or 10 years including offshore Strong communications skills Previous lead experience Nice to Have Skills BIG +++ if the candidate has done a Siebel to Salesforce Migration before CPQ integration experience Certified Salesforce 201 Administrator Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
