SAG WebMethods Lead

Job Description 7+ years of experience in the middleware integration space with min 5 yrs experience in core SAG webMethods technology preferably on version 9+ Experience in high level and low level design Experience in creating reusable frameworks Provides application of technical/functional skills and implements successful solutions that run, manage and optimize key business processes. Has the ability to respond to detail queries by the technical team and customer stakeholders. Experience with Webmethods Integration and Webmethods products is must. Has indepth knowledge in SAG product version 9.0 and higher. Good understanding of web integration principles, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), middleware, or other integration experience at the enterprise level. Experience developing web services and an understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Good knowledge of design patterns, and recommends proper usage of patterns. Expected to build upon domain knowledge and technical/proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed requirements. Part of project team as a senior resource and help meet project objectives or be prepared for moderate travel if required. Working knowledge of reverse logistics / telecom domain is preferred Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale faster. Excellent customer facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to business and technical audiences
