Principle Duties and Responsibilities Interacts regularly and directly with the Operations function and has close user working relationship to ensure industry and best practices are employedDevelops intimate knowledge of business strategy, business model, and processes in order to identify improvement opportunities and value added capabilitiesAssists with the implementation of Oracle's eBusiness Suite modulesProvides enduser support to a diverse, non ITtechnical user baseLiaises with various business groups and users to understand and analyze business problems in an effort to lead toward viable solutionsLead in gathering detailed customer requirementsDocuments functional and technical specifications for application configurationProvides research, analysis and problem resolution, including creating and monitoring of service requests with Oracle support and Corporate IT Shared ServicesConfigures applications and interprets functionality for business usersIdentifies and leads functional and business process improvements to support future growthWorks closely with technical developers as neededAssists with testing and implementation of interfaces and/or additional Oracle modulesRegression tests functionality after the application of patches, critical performance updates and upgradesDocuments and communicates changes throughout the user organization, supporting change management and complianceProvides training for endusers as needed
