We are currently working on developing realtime pricing ticker plant software to operate fully on the public cloud. We have cross functional agile teams dedicated to different parts of applications. Position DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Market Data team working on a technology platform that will help deliver the realtime Market Data services on the public cloud. This role will be on our Data Ingest squad, so wellqualified candidates have an excellent knowledge of GO, Java, Python, Cassandra database and knowledge of cloud platform, although were open to strong developers with experience in other languages or frameworks and a desire to learn. Job Skills & Responsibilities Experience designing and implementing realtime Market Data applications, with a preference to GO, Java, Spring Python and Cassandra DBExperience with webbased Java/J2EE architecturesDemonstrated ability to work with Cloud architecturesWrites clean, maintainable code and refactors and improves the codebase as they add features to itTesting is a core part of their development process, experience with BDD is a plusCollaborating with other developers, pair programming, reviewing code and whiteboarding problemsExperience with continuous integration and continuous deployment is a plusExperience working with AWS or GCP is a plus EducationBachelors and/or Masters in computer science or other related discipline
