Description
The Role This position provides configuration, development and administration of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 365 and other applications utilized by NW Natural marketing and customer acquisition departments.Day to Day Perform full lifecycle application development in on premise Dynamics CRM 365, including configuration, coding, unit testing, code walkthrough, debugging and code deployment utilizing Microsoft Team Foundation Server. Identify, recommend and implement CRM system changes, whether configuration or customization, to improve/support the business process as well as optimize user experience. Demonstrate strong requirements gathering skills by working with the business analysts to perform gapanalyses and document functional and technical specifications for CRM enhancements as well as integrations with other business applications. Drive the effective transition of requirements to successful solution delivery by ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements and providing accurate work estimates that improve sequencing and prioritization of work. Test modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability and conformance to established standards through conducting unit testing and participating in system and user acceptance testing. Oversee the effective support of the Dynamics CRM application to include proactive engagement in the remediation of software issues such as COTS code defects, configuration issues, custom code quality, and security issues across the integrated business systems. Perform application administration responsibilities including upgrades, performance monitoring. Develop reports and dashboards within CRM application based on user requirements. Mentor other developers, system administrators and business analysts to expand the Dynamics CRM functional and technical knowledge and expertise within the team. Some evening and weekend work hours required to accommodate resolution of system outages and scheduled maintenance (system patches, security patches, upgrades, testing, implementation of new services, etc.). Support Companys commitment to a culture of safe work practices Come on your first day with Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience. Additional years of experience required for Level 3. Extensive experience developing in onpremise Microsoft Dynamics CRM including writing Microsoft Dynamics CRM plugins, integrations/web services, code extensions, custom workflows. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/365 data structures and tools such as SDK Scribe, Outlook PlugIn. Experience with Javascript, C#, HTML, CSS and SQL Server including scripting and form creation. Experience with CRM Web API, REST/OData and SOAP endpoints. Experience with upgrading Microsoft Dynamics CRM with enterprisewide implementations that contain customization work. Excellent communication, critical thinking and problemsolving skills. Proven ability to be effective on multiple projects simultaneously amid shifting priorities. Experience with integrations to SaaSbased applications and/or eCommerce applications is a plus.
