KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Administers security and compliance of the JDE integrated ERP system, and key member of the ERP team responsible for design, development, and maintenance of the JDE integrated ERP system. Responsible for the security design of the JDE integrated ERP system, including design, development, and maintenance of security roles and row security within the system. Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of all security roles in the Allout security model, which addresses segregation of duties conflicts and appropriate control of confidential information. Ownership of SarbanesOxley (SOX) required documentation, including execution of quarterly segregation of duties reviews and reporting, as well as providing mitigating controls documentation to the Internal Control team to address issues arising from the quarterly reviews. Involvement in the SOX general IT controls (GITC) testing of the JDE integrated ERP system, including working with the external auditors on any issues arising in GITC testing. Leads communication, education, and issue resolution between the ERP team, the project management office and the financial business departments with respect to security and compliance changes. Responsible for administration of shared ERP data elements.SCOPE & IMPACT Owner of security and compliance administration of the JDE integrated ERP system, which is used in all of our LaZBoy Branded manufacturing facilities, as well as AP, AR, fixed assets, procurement, General Ledger, and other modules.
