Job Description Datatrend, a national technology solutions provider located in Minnetonka, MN is in need of a CMDB Consultant for a 3month contract with the possibility of extension. The CMDB Consultant will be supporting implementations and configurations as well as administration tasks for clients across the country. The Atrium CMDB Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, deployment, configuration and training of end users on Atrium CMDB, as well as occasionally executing basic test scripts in Remedy and implementing testing processes and standards.Required Skills 5+ years experience with Atrium CMDB implementations using Atrium Orchestrator and Atrium CMDB5+ years experience using Remedy ITSM (preferably 8.x, 9.x), with the ability to also create basic test scriptsExperience working with Atrium ADDMExperience working with Remedy Asset ManagerExperience working as a Consultant implementing ITSM technologies at client sitesPolished and Professional, with strong communication skills (interaction with end clients)Preferred or Nice to Have Skills
