ResponsibilitiesThe Business Administrative Systems Team supports a variety of solutions that are sales support and employee needs related. The different solutions supported by this team include CRM, CLM, HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Keeping through SaaS, onpremise and proprietary applications. Our solutions run on SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, Kronos and Infor. Application platforms running onpremise include include Windows, Oracle and the AS/400. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about all lines of business that Enterprise Holdings operates from the processing of the employee data needed to support our thousands of employees across the globe.As an Engineer 2 you will be responsible for using your technical knowledge of professional concepts to solve business problems. We are looking for a talented individual that can serve as a subject matter expert in their area of focus and represent their department on complex assignments. You will be responsible for evaluating elements of technologys effectiveness through requirements gathering, testing, research and investigation and make recommendations for improvements that result in increased quality and effectiveness. You will be required to listen to and evaluate customer needs to determine and provide high quality solutions that align with customer expectations. As an Engineer 2, Software in the Administrative Systems Department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting moderately complex components of the systems infrastructure. You will evaluate and integrate software and hardware requests. You will also provide issue and problem resolution for moderately complex issues and performs disaster recovery exercises. You will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments.Interpret enduser business requirements to develop and/or modify technical design specificationsTakes a keen interest in understanding the business process and recommend solutions that effectively meet the needs of the businessCode and successfully perform unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution as well as compliance to the business and technical requirementsWork with other software engineers to design interfaces between software applications in order to complete design requirementsUse system traces and debugging tools for problem determination and system tuningParticipate in the migration of applications to quality assurance and/or the production environmentWork with managers and team members to develop development standards Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsRequired Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future3+ years of experience using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS and Web ServicesProficient knowledge of objectoriented analysis, design and developmentStrong knowledge of SQL using SQL ServerExposure to software development lifecycle in an Agile environmentExperience supporting large enterprisewide critical applicationsGood working knowledge of Windows operating environments Good communication skills to effectively communicate with various IT teams and business unitsMust be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilitiesPreferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferredExperience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferredExperience in developing Dynamics CRM workflows, plugin creation, and creation of custom integration solutions with thirdparty applications preferredKnowledgeable in using CRM SDK for developmentSupport business reporting needs through expertise in creating custom SSRS reportsFamiliarity working in the Microsoft Azure EnvironmentKnowledge of project management tool JIRA / ConfluenceExperience using Microsofts Power BI, developing reports by pulling in different data sourcesExperience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM online is preferredFamiliarity with distributed version control systems such as Github is preferred Data Migration experience using SSIS, Scribe or similar is preferred
