The ResponsibilitiesLead a team of SAP ABAP and PI developers and involve in Handson application development on SAP HANA , ECC and other systemsActively works with Business Resources to determine the technical solution that best meets the business requirements, including but not limited to Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, and Customer Relationship Management.Proactively addresses continuous improvement requests and drives them to completion.Demonstrates the ability to independently gather business requirements, design technical solution and implement solution, either alone or by coordinating with other IT resources.Consistently demonstrates initiative to acquire and utilize new technical skills within job function.Knowledge of Fiori , HANA DB Studio development is a plusLead of Global SAP development team of ABAP, Java, PI/PO applications supporting Supply Chain, Customer Service, SAP GTS, TDF, Nfe, SAP Financial (Simple Finance), HR, and/or Manufacturing functional teams.Consistently achieves target dates for assigned tasks aiding in on budget delivery of the project.Delivers technical solutions that meet Business Requirements, IT technical standards and is sustainable in the planned productive environment.Uses project management practices and tools to provide tracking information.May be involved in the requirements definition and software vendor selection phase. Responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of SAP custom applications.Design, develop, maintain and enhance application programs working within a teamoriented environment using various development toolsets, such as SAP, ECC/IUT, CRM, Visual Basic, and other development toolsets.Effectively prioritize, plan and execute assigned work. Configure, implement, maintain and upgrade Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain Management). Analyze user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customization. Provides ongoing ERP system support. Develop and maintain application programs providing business functions, such as online screens, batch reports, creation of applications interface files, and basic WEB knowledge.Continuously updates SAP Development standards and leverage cutting edge development tools of SAP suited to HANADetermine detailed system requirements based on business requirements provided by the Operations groups.Provide functional and or technical specifications; execute ABAP code for customized modifications that cannot be delivered through ECC/CRM configuration.Test ABAP program changes. Provide subject matter expertise for the impact assessment and testing of SAP Add on Packs and SAP Release upgrades. Develop string test scripts in order to test a group of related functionality.Work with peers in IT to resolve production support issues while managing expectations with our client base.Provide applications development and enhancement functions, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and object transports using SAPs ABAP/4 Development Workbench.The IndividualBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Minimum of 10 years of SAP ABAP programming experience in enterprise environmentExperience with Object Oriented ABAP (OOPS) preferredExperience with Web Dynpro preferredExperience with HANA data base preferredExposure to SAP PI/PO is preferredMinimum 10 years of related SAP experience including the completion of at least one Full life cycle SAP implementation.Experience with Dialog Processing, User Exits, ABAP report development, ALV, ABAP objects, Adobe Forms, SAPScript, Smartforms, , Enhancements & BAPIs, Data transfer using BDCs, ABAP Workbench, LSMW, and Data DictionaryLeadership skills to drive ABAP / PI Technical development standards and interacting with CTO office is preferredExperience in ABAP coding with HANA data base, HANA studio experience, FIORI App development, performance tuning for HANA data base, LSMW and Adobe FormsSAP Modules (Experience with three of the following) SO, MM, PP, FI/CO, CRM, APOSAP Business Objects 4.x or SAP CRM 7 experience preferredStrong problem solving and analytical skills.Must understand the software development life cycle and be able to perform systems analysis and design activities in accordance with development methodology.Must be able to work individually or with a multidisciplinary team.Ability to work directly with and communicate effectively with the business community.
