Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Be experienced in support role ensuring user adoption and quick resolution to break fixes and minor enhancementsStrong analytical skills required including thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirementsSmall project management skillsUtilize process improvement techniques in streamlining existing as well as new business requirementsObtain business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysisTranslates business information needs into Functional requirements. Reviews/Writes Technical SpecificationsAnalyzes and communicates data usage issues, including problems with data integrity, data design and functional and technical software issuesWrites and executes unit and integration testsRecommends alterations and enhancements to improve application optimization and availabilityTake input from management and appropriately and accurately apply comments/feedbackAbility to clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verballyAccurately prepare written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professionalComfortable working in a Team Environment where knowledge sharing is essentialComfortable working with outsourced support organizationRequirements 4+ years of hands on SAP experience in the modules given aboveWillingness to learn and expand areas of knowledgeFundamental knowledge of SAP principles, approaches, technologies, and architectures requiredStrong systems analysis skills including the ability to write and revise standards and proceduresStrong organization, oral presentation, and written communication skillsExperience in implementing and supporting SAPGood overall knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0Bachelor's degree from an accredited fouryear college or university with major in computer science or Information systems or equivalent experience will be consideredExperience with Change Control and development lifecycle concepts and methodologiesPharmaceutical GMP and CSV experience is preferredProficient in standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Visio, Project, SharePoint
