Job Summary The person in this position is responsible for development of training materials, implementation of EHR or new EHR workflows, maintenance of databases, consulting with endusers (medical office staff and providers) and support duties within the InPractice Technology Services team. This position will be responsible for working across our InPractice Technology Services, practice transformation, analytics and data warehouse teams. Job Requirements Travel up to 75% of the time Some travel on weekends Indepth knowledge of an EHR from practice management, admin, to clinical Indepth understanding of medical practice operations and workflows Ability to make quick well thought decisions on behalf of practices and/or health systems when it pertains to their use of an EHR Job Functions Conducts workflow and gap analysis Travel to client practices for onsite analysis Travel to client practices for implementation of EHR and go live Travel to client practices for optimization Recommends best practice workflows Assumes responsibility for clients understanding of their EHR system Assumes responsibility for clients understanding of pay for performance programs (MIPS, CPC+, etc.) Troubleshoots, develops, designs and customizes EHRs where needed to meet the needs of each staff position and to develop and prepare workflow suggestions the skillset, functionality and level of mastery of all staff, users continuing and assess Evaluatesusability and functionality has been achieved by to train and test until an acceptable standard of all users Performs onsite and remote training of the EHR platform Organizes and performs a complete system cleanup and cleanout to optimize all features of the EHR platform EHR utilizationcommendations and to provide support on all aspects of suggestions, re Makes to promptly and effectively resolve issues client or vendorthe sand assist s, escalateCommunicates various training checklist prior and after completion of training sand prepare Documents Creates user guides and revises existing user guides to assist staff members in proper documentation clients through HelpDeskup support to ongoing follow Provides Updates internal records/timesheets Qualifications High School Diploma Required
