Designs and creates software engineering specifications and leverages for the enforcement of system architecture standards and development of programs and applications.Evaluates, selects, and applies standard app development techniques, procedures, and criteria requiring strong competencies in data structures, business algorithms & rulesWorks with Quality Assurance to develop software test plansConsults with hardware and other engineering staff/suppliers to evaluate interfaces between hardware, software, networking, database, etc. along with the operational and performance requirements of an overall systemProvides leadership, depending on level, which includes Independently taking initiatives to mentor coworkers and provide assistance to others where neededWith little guidance, lead initiatives that involve technical research and analysis and provide recommended courses of actionDemonstrate to others proper Agile SCRUM and Kanban SDLC standardsProvides support and enhancements to existing client and business applications.Performs other related duties as assigned. Here are the requirements for the job!Skilled with design methodologies including SOA, AEI and OOP delivered on premise or in the cloud (Microsoft Azure and/or SalesForce.com).Adept at working in a team environment and possess excellent communication and problemsolving skills.Skilled in oral and written communication in English language.Ability to present complex topics in a simplified fashion to both the management and IT teams.Ability to accomplish tasks at requirements analysis, requirements documentation, design analysis and design documentation. Education and Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science with a concentration on information management curriculum is preferred but will consider candidates with an associate's degree and a similar curriculum or the equivalent combination of education and system design and support experience.At least 3 5 years experience as a .NET developer and/or as a SalesForce.com Apex developer with a strong emphasis on software architecture and design.Programming experience using .NET Framework 4.0 or later (ASP.NET, C#, WFF, WCF), AngularJS, Java Script, XML, HTML, SQL certifications preferred.Experience in Cloud Computing technologies including Microsoft Azure, AWS and SalesForce.com.Experience in serving as Technical Lead and a facilitator across various technical teams and technology suppliers.
