SAP BW/HANA Developer

Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIESUnderstand the requirements and provide technical direction in the analysis, design, development, documenting, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of complex technical solutions related to enterprise BI Projects.Ability to create Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents for all the technical solutions.Engage in Unit Testing, Integration Testing while working on Projects and tickets.User Support activities.Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies.Regularly interact with the business analysts & users.Provide prompt status updates of tickets/projects on daily/weekly basis.Should have good oral and written communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Senior BI Resource.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED35 Years of experience in SAP BW with 2+ years of hands on experience on HANA.Should have worked on at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects.Deep knowledge of configuration of BW data objects including InfoObjects, InfoSources,Transformations, ODS, Cubes, Info Providers, and multi providers.Deep knowledge of BI extractors from the ECC system and working knowledge of SAP structures, object dependencies, and tables in version ECC 6.0 environment.Good knowledge in ECC extraction, data modelling, BWABAP and Bex.Handson experience on ABAP in BI in writing ABAP code in Datasource Enhancements, Function module extractors, Routines, Bex exits.Good knowledge in Bex and experience on various options in Bex query designer, like CKF, RKF and cell definitions.Experience with SAP HANA Data provisioning using SAP LT Replication server.Experience with ECC table data model and analysis.Experience with SAP HANA Modelling using Attribute view, Analytical view and Calculation view.Experience with SAP HANA Programming including SQL, SQL script.Experience in using mixed scenarios with SAP BW components such as Composite Providers and OpenODS Views with Native HANA Tools.Experience with HANA Optimized ETL Process using AMDPs.Experience with SAP Dashboard Designer, Design Studio, SAP Xcelsius, and WebI report on SAP Business Objects 4.x platforms.Experience in handling integration between multiple systems for reporting such as SAP ECC, SAP BW, BOBJ integration and QlikSense.Preferred Good knowledge in working with different source system extractions.Functional knowledge or Familiarity on the basic business processes of the SAP Functional Areas such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.Experience on visualization tools such as QlikView / QlikSense and SAP Lumira is a plus.Cognos experience is very desirable.Experience with BPC 10.1 is preferred.
