AEM Project Manager

Here is a summary of the Role and Responsibilities 1. Coordinating the completion of required SDLC artifacts and approvals, including uploading to repositories2. Coordination of internal and external resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects3. Deliver projects against operating plan on time, on budget, on quality and experience4. Development of detailed project plan and Schedule to track progress and milestones5. Refinement of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility6. Project level status reporting based on Communications plan7. Manage and identify project Resources, including availability and allocation in partnership with Resource Manager.8. Initial pointofcontact for project escalations9. Managing & tracking project budget, Risks, and issues10. Creating and socializing communications plan11. Primary Liaison with Business Project Managers, responsible for ensuring alignment with Business PM. Qualifications 1. Must have 5 years of web / eCommerce project management experience, leading projects over 250k.2. Must have lead at least one agile / scrum project from inception to delivery (as the scrum master).3. Must have managed 3rd party vendors (e.g. UX or design firms).4. Must be a good communicator project executives include SVP level owners who try to increase scope. Candidate must be willing and able to push back professionally.5. Must have AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) experience or similar tools.6. Must be familiar with Web Analytics Tools (Adobe, Google or similar)7. Should have experience in financial services (bank or broker dealer) to understand regulatory environment / constraints.
