Description The UX Research team is part of the User Experience team which leverages user centered design and the Design Thinking process to inform design decisions and address business problems for Cox Communications customer facing and internal products, tools and services.As a member of the UX Research team, the UX Researcher will plan, coordinate and conduct user research including, but not limited to, observation lab studies, ethnographic research,iterative usability tests, phone interviews, as well as codesign, ideation and other types of workshops with groups of customers, designers and/or business stakeholders.The UX Researcher is responsible for identifying and communicating user needs, behaviors, frustrations, confusions and insights as well as act as the user advocate within the organization. The users include Cox customers as well as internal employees.Portfolio Must Responsibilities
