IT Systems Administrator

Description

Major Responsibilities1.Oversee administrative duties on all divisional servers and PCs, tablets and cell phones 2.Supervise upgrades on hardware and software systems as required while adhering to SOX guidelines 3.Support enterprise, crossdivisional Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and CAD (Catia, Auto Desk Inventor Series, etc) systems. Support EDI systems including connections to customers and vendors. 4.Manage enterprise systems backups, including IBM AS/400, file and print servers, SQL database servers, EMail, PCs, virtual servers and any other critical data systems. 5.Assist company personnel in development of small applications in MS Office, email systems and/or manage relationships with outside companies to deliver required applications. 6.Assist in continued implementation of the ERP software system, CMS, and other applications. 7.Oversee all installations of company software 8.Assist in management of vendor software agreements/contracts. 9.Notify IT Manager whenever tasks or scheduled work cannot be completed as planned. 10.Oversee all setup and support of all users on all systems with the highest priority to security given. 11.Develop and maintain network wiring and phone system software. 12.Through classroom training, self training and computer based training, continuously improve levels of knowledge and competency with IT systems and products utilized by Montezuma Manufacturing. 13.Facilitate help desk activities between the vendors helpdesk and endusers at Montezuma Manufacturing 14.Follow and support Montezuma Manufacturings and Magnas operating principles 15.Exemplify a Safety First approach by obeying safety rules and procedures, wear PPE at all times and immediately address all safety concerns. Promote an environment where zero injuries is the expected standard 16.Support quality and environmental policies 17.Provide technical support to the plant on off shifts as needed
