Major ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and gaps not met by the existing systems / implementationsIdentify feasible solutions within SAP framework and estimate effort needed to meet those business requirements and gapsImplement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup or code and support rollout projectsProvide daytoday SAP enduser supportCreate a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledgeComplete other duties as required by the Manager from time to timeEffectively uses teamwork to positively contribute to a highmorale/highperformance team culture, consulting attitude and strong personal integrity​He/she ensures global supportProvide support in the creation of query reports/programs, barcode solutions, commercial forms, EDI processes, educational sessions, general consulting and project managers if requestedPerform a complete, detailed needs analysis evaluating available applications and identifying opportunities for enhancing existing systemsAssist in systemrelated issues of manufacturing information processes/proceduresAssist in the coordination and collaboration of external consultants. (Customer & Suppliers)Consult where requested for research and implementation assistance in regards to new modules, features or interfaced/integrated new productsAssist in generating task procedures for IT administrationTime tracking and documentation according to Magna Global IT standardsSupport rollout projectsEnsures billing of his/her projects and changesDesign practical, creative, conceptual technical solutions for business requirements balancing appropriate technology, cost and implementation timelineDevelop and adhere to standards for design, coding, testing, change control, code deployment, software controls, configuration management, continuous integration, and troubleshooting and root cause analysis of application problemsKnowledge and EducationMath, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical related Bachelors Degree requiredMust have knowledge the SD module in SAP and have a good understanding of manufacturing business processes. Nice to have interface knowledge between modules such as SD interaction with FI/CO and interfaces between MM, WM, PP, SD, PS and QM modules.Must be able to communicate in English. Working knowledge of other languages is a plus.Work ExperienceMinimum 5 years of SAP working experienceExperience in Automotive Industry is a strong plus
