Duties Lead Change Management effort for large IT projectDevelop a Change Management Strategy that will drive rapid end user adoptionBring in the industry best practices of Change ManagementAssess the Organizational Change and Readiness needs for launching an initiative that has an enterprise wide impactLeverage change management tools such as Stakeholder Analysis, Impact Assessment, Training Strategy, Communication Plan to create the overall readiness planCoordinate with the Project Manager and Technical Subject Matter Experts to develop an overall Implementation PlanExecute Change Management/Readiness planIdentify and raise risks and issues with Project and Implementation PlansCheck and adjust readiness and change materials based on issues and adoption metrics as neededProvide training to internal Change Management team on ADKARCreate a conceptual organizational model based on gathered data, service alignment, and industry best practices; including interactions, roles, and services for each departmentDevelop an IT Help Desk Support Strategy and Help Desk training recommendationJob Requirements Prosci ADKAR certification Required10+ years of experience leading large change management initiatives including IT projectsServiceNow background preferredRequired Skills STRATEGY PLANNINGTRAINING DELIVERYCHANGE MANAGEMENTLanguages English (Speak, Read, Write)Minimum Degree Required Bachelor's Degree
