Your day to day responsibilities will includePartner with business units to assess and advise on vendor/partner technical competencies, capabilities, and roadmaps.Guide and evaluate technical architecture of customer facing interactive digital media systems.Review and advise on architectural approach and integration methodologies and capabilities of potential internal and external solutions.Contribute as necessary to the design, development, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of web applications, workflows, and interactive digital media systems.Evaluate and recommend strategy for website and system architecture including hosting platform, CMS, and mobile integration.Research technology trends within the Commercial Real Estate / Shopping Center industryOwn technical aspects of all project phases.The ideal candidate will haveDemonstrated experience with digital interactive media systems.5+ years software development experience in Microsoft toolsetProven vendor relationship management experienceCompetence with JSON, REST and SOAP web servicesIndepth understanding of data integration methodologiesMicrosoft SQL Server experienceCurrent software/system patterns and practices understandingVendor management abilityAptitude for and knowledge of both software and hardware systemsExcellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to convey technical details to a nontechnical audienceProficiency as a team playerKnowledge of Commercial Real Estate / REIT / Shopping Center operationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar field is required or equivalent education and experience Preferred Cloud Solution / integration experienceEnterprise Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence exposureMobile App design and development experienceBusiness Processes Management automation familiarityMapping / Geolocation knowledge
