MS Dynamics CRM Application Engineer

Description

ResponsibilitesProvide technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies to support business needs and use of the CRM application. Work with crossfunctional teams to define and deliver CRM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (software bugs, data issues, and system configuration issues)Work with the project team to provide database support for CRM tools and applications through source to target mapping (i.e. CRM form fields to database). Develop and support data integration jobs using Scribe.Develop and support integration solutions of MS Dynamics CRM with Sharepoint (Office 365), Outlook and Web Services (SOAP, REST, JQuery & ODATA Query) consumption and development.Provide technical assistance and mentoring to the team and business users.Take part in the architectural discussion and work with various teams for the impact analysis and best practice suggestions.Requirements Education and Work Experience RequiredBachelors Degree3 5 years of experienceDeep KnowHow and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation lifecycleSpecific Knowledge and SkillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts (i.e. Configuration, Customization, Workflow, Integration, etc.)Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration methods (SSIS, Web services, Scribe Insight, Scribe Online)Good knowledge of CRM SDK and Developers ToolkitGood knowledge of CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports developmentKnowledge of Programming languages C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, SilverlightKnowledge of CRM development or integration best practicesUnderstanding of SQL Reporting Services and MOSS/SharePoint (Office365) Services
