Description

This position may perform the following job duties Field project requests for mobile requirements and work with project teams to recommend fiscally responsible and forward thinking mobile solutions balancing device connectivity, security, management, durability, and functionality.Continuously maintain, and administer mobile device management and security infrastructure platforms.Maintain mobile device services including hardware certification, OS imaging, testing and certification, inventory, software distribution, and policy compliance.Work with Service Transition teams to build and operationalize support processes according to project plan and documented support flow.Clearly communicate and advocate proposed mobility management architectures.Ensure adherence to architecture standards and roadmapsDevelop the overall mobility solution and architecture, taking ownership of the solution from endtoendResearch, recommend, and market effective mobility solutions to senior leadershipCollaborate with stakeholders and line of business teams to ensure the mobility solution empowers the organizations successTranslate functional requirements into mobile solutionsEstablish the roadmap and migration plan to deliver business applications on a mobile platformDevelop concise and accurate engineering documentation including design artifacts, knowledge guides, and operating proceduresServe as an escalation point of contact for the support organizationsMaintain and administer mobile device management and related security infrastructure platformsEducation Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related discipline and experience is required. 23 years of demonstrated technical experience architecting and engineering enterprise mobility solutionsExperience 2+ years of demonstrated technical experience in architecture or engineering core mobility solutions. Proven success developing and delivering mobile platform services for enterprise organizationsStrong background in developing processes to deliver enterprise applications on mobile platforms for iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile in a multifactor secured environmentExperience with mobility services integration with collaboration tools including O365Deep knowledge around BYOD, COPE, Secure Container, and other strategic mobility offeringsDeployment and support experience with Mobile Device Management platformsExtensive experience working directly with stakeholders and customers to through the lifecycle process including development of requirements, concept of operations, design, and operational service deliveryExperience with mobile analytics and reporting capabilitiesPrior history working within a healthcare arena
